To use: choose a candle that represents what you're working toward, and set up a small personal space with meaningful objects around it — photos, jewellery, other gemstones. Let it sit before lighting; light it when it feels right, and use the time for quiet reflection. Once the candle is spent, clean the wax residue in hot water to recover the gemstones inside, and keep them with you afterward if you wish. The glass jar can be washed and reused.
