Within 24 hours of your order being fulfilled and dispatched. You will receive an email confirming your new credit balance, along with the date it expires.
Your credit is offered automatically at checkout — no code to remember or enter. Simply place your next order while logged in, and your available credit will be applied before you pay. You can choose how much of it to use.
Standard Sacred Ground credit is valid for 90 days from the date it is issued. You will receive a reminder email at 14 days before expiry, and again at 3 days. Seasonal and cart-return credits are valid for 48 hours — their short window is intentional and part of the ritual.
Your tier is based on your cumulative lifetime spend with us — all orders ever placed, in total. When you cross a threshold, your tier updates automatically on the order that took you there. You will receive an email marking the moment, along with a tier bonus credit.
No. Once you reach a tier, it is yours permanently. Lifetime spend only moves in one direction — upward. There are no annual resets, no minimum spend requirements to maintain your level.
Yes. Store credit and discount codes can be used together on the same order. Your credit applies as a currency reduction, and any discount code you have applies on top of that.
